The following terms apply to all shipments made within the Republic of Costa Rica:

The prices published on the site do NOT include shipping costs within the Republic of Costa Rica except when expressly indicated by a team or a particular promotion, the prices of the products may change at any time without prior notice, they do not They can combine promotions from other means than those presented on this site.

Once the package is received by you or someone at the delivery address, you have 24 hours to report anomalies due to physical damage or missing from your order, after this period no change or claim will proceed.

Delivery area
The distribution area of ​​our products is limited to the 7 provinces of the Republic of Costa Rica. We deliver in all the localities where there is coverage through the parcel companies with which we have service. In parcel deliveries we totally depend on the conditions of each one of them, as well as the weather conditions and risk areas of each entity. We cannot process orders with incomplete delivery addresses.

Shipping type:
Standard Ground Shipping: (From 2,500 colones)
Standard ground shipping is carried out by Correos de Costa Rica companies through the PYMEXPRESS service. Shipping prices start at 2,500 colones; calculated according to the volumetric weight of the product. The parcel will be selected depending on the warehouse where it is sent and according to the agreements established in said warehouse.

Once your order is processed if it is in stock, your products will be shipped no later than the next business day (Monday to Friday) after your payment is confirmed, they will arrive at their destination in a period of 2 to 6 days. p>

Priority Shipping: (From 5,500 colones)
Express shipping is usually done by GO BOX EXPRESS and / or DHL EXPRESS parcel companies, shipping prices start at 2,500 colones; calculated according to the volumetric weight of the product.

Once your order is processed if it is in stock, your products will be shipped no later than the next business day (Monday to Friday) after your payment is confirmed, they will arrive at their destination in a period of 1 to 2 business days. < / p>


For orders leaving from warehouses located in international areas, normal shipping times may be prolonged due to customs issues.
If your order contains products with stock in different warehouses, you will be charged for each of the shipments.

Deliveries are made in warehouses of our suppliers who by means of an agreement agree to deliver the products to our customers, so you must respect the time and delivery policies that they handle.

In this mode, the products with stock in the selected warehouse can be picked up in that same warehouse, once the order is processed and with the payment applied. The order must be picked up within a maximum of 24 business hours after you receive the notification that it is ready to pick up in the warehouse, otherwise the section may be lost and the order may be removed from the storage area, it is important that notify us if you cannot pick up your order within that period of time to reschedule delivery.

The warehouse address, reference number and delivery instructions will be notified to you by email once your payment is verified and the warehouse release is made.

For delivery to the warehouse, you will be asked to present an official identification (Certificate, License. In case of being a foreigner, present a Passport and / or identity document that proves your nationality). If you do not have any of these identifications, it is important to provide us by email to the full name of another person who does meet this requirement and can pick up the order. Payments with deposit or transfer
