Refund policy

For products and / or goods, if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase:
- You can return your order for a full refund or exchange for something else.
- You can return or exchange your purchase for up to 30 days from the date of purchase.
- Returned or exchanged products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box.
- Makeups cannot be open or have been removed from their factory packaging.
- The refund of the money is made in a maximum time of 30 business days, after vegano.digital confirms the receipt of the returned product and it is in the conditions mentioned above.
- If the cancellation of the purchase occurs before the product is sent, the money is refunded within a maximum time of 30 business days after Vegano.digital sends the order cancellation email.

For services:
- If the service is canceled 3 or more business days in advance, it will be refunded or the money can be used in another product or service.
- If the service is canceled with less than 3 business days in advance, it will not be possible to refund or use the money in another product or service.
- If you do not show up on time (NO SHOW) for the service, you can not refund or use the money in another product or service.
-The refund of the money is made in a maximum time of 30 business days, once Vegano.digital confirms that the cancellation of the service complies with the aforementioned stipulations.
